“After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: • Replacing the towels with newer ones • Vacuuming……

“The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1\. there was no hot water. 2\. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3\. They didn't even stock toilet paper (and there was not shatafa also...
