“This penthouse apartment is BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views and sea breeze, and the apartment itself is very nicely laid out and has all the amenities. Lots of good stuff to do within walking distance and convenient to everything else in the LA/OC metro area. The only downside is the downtown homeless and crime element, but I did not feel unsafe walking my dog outside, even at night. I would buy this place to live in!”

“WONDERFUL place to stay! We were in California for a family wedding and stayed a few days extra. We spent 8 nights The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, very comfortable, cozy and decorated beautifully. Nico was an excellent host. He made sure to contact us when a maintenance issue came up with the building (a minor power outage, no problem). He was available when we had questions and was just very attentive to any needs. I can’t recommend this place highly enough....

“Overall the location is perfect. Being directly downtown is great as it is walking distance from A LOT of amenities. The apartment itself is large enough to accommodate a couple, yet right-sized for companionship. The balcony was amazing and the furnishings were adequate. The only tricky piece is the check in and the professional level driving needed for the parking space. Other than that, we would certainly stay here again. ”

“It was great. Felt like going back in time to the 1920s. Parking was a nightmare though. And it was rough not having air conditioning, but it says it all in the reviews unfortunately I wanted to feel what it was like in the 1920s vs air conditioning, I’ll choose air conditioning next time. ”

“I stayed in this condo for 5 weeks for work. It is a sweet 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a very good Long Beach location close to the beach. There are other apartments in the small complex, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. The owners of this unit were super responsive the few times I had to reach them. This unit could really benefit from an interior update - but it woked out well, and I would stay here again. ”
