8.6/10 Excellent! (786 reviews)
Overall, a comfortable stay with a few quirks. The motel was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking when I stayed in early August. It has a tucked-away, U-shaped layout that makes the property itself feel surprisingly quiet and protected from outside noise.
Check-in is done through a virtual agent and was pretty straightforward. I was initially given a code for my room, but after many attempts, it simply would not work. I went back to the virtual check-in desk and they issued me a physical key card instead, which worked perfectly. Honestly, the key card seemed like the easier option!
The room itself was simple but comfortable and had everything I needed, including AC, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. The bathroom was small but nicely appointed. My only issue with the room was that it stayed noticeably humid throughout the night despite having the AC running.
One thing to be aware of is that the walls are VERY thin. The property was quiet, but around 4 a.m. I woke up to someone in a neighboring room violently vomiting, and unfortunately I could hear pretty much everything. So while outside noise wasn’t an issue at all, noise between rooms definitely can be.
Overall, I’d give it four stars. It’s comfortable, easy to find, has plenty of parking, and is in a convenient, drivable location for exploring the area. I’d stay again, but I’d definitely pack earplugs!
