“Clean, good location, friendly staff, mattress a little too firm.”

“I appreciated that there were people available on-site to help me with questions I had (instead of having to call an 800 number and speak to someone in a foreign land).”

“Clean and comfortable place. Very friendly staff.”

“The breakfast was good. The water when taking a shower suddenly would turn very cold. There was no elevator in the Inn, so it might be difficult for some guests to carry their luggage up three floors.”

“Great hot tub (which is a must for most of my stays), decent enough breakfast for a good price during peak color season.”

“We went to enjoy the beauty of the area and felt the hotel reflected it as well. We could sit and look out at the bay at breakfast. The room was great as a resting place for the night after biking, shopping, seeing a movie at the local theater, and visiting the sandy beach watching the sun go down.”

“There should be wall clock in rooms”

“Very clean, has everything you need. Good communication with host, location is close to state park and cute shopping in Petosky. Lake is very nice!”

“Enjoyed our stay.”
