“100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better.”

“This hotel is perfectly positioned in PDLC near to amenities & the centre of town. Stunning views to Teide. Also it’s right next to the bus station which makes it easy to get around the island. The staff here are very friendly & helpful & always take the time to chat to you - their language skills are excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent quality at both breakfast & dinner with plenty of choice and well presented. The new spa is a welcome addition & reasonably priced. The rooftop……

“Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)”
