“Great that they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel was looked new and clean. The service manners and attitude was good. Provided enough shuttle buses to the town center and back with good time and the drivers' services and manners were good. good food and delicious esp. the ox tail soup. Good design for the room and the hotel interior and environment, esp the green swimming pool is excellent. ”

“The facilities, services, and views at Kastara are amazing. We ordered room service for breakfast and ate on our patio multiple times. They give great massages at their spa. The food at the two restaurants was delicious. There are other restaurants within a ten minute drive. There were a couple things I didn’t like. “The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly.
