The staff here was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, but it is overall a great area to stay in. The restaurant is amazing and so are the amenities (like the spa and pool). It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with excellent service and cleanliness. Free bikes to borrow, a free welcome drink, and free timed shuttles to Ubud centre. Three separate pools with a poolside bar as well. Will definitely stay again if in Ubud.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile. Restaurant has excellent breakfast buffet and great dinner menu. The pool is also very nice!

Hotel is set back from street giving it a tranquil setting. Location is fine to take transpo to the center. You can technically walk to the center but it is a bit over a mile. Hotel has a tram service you can take. Walking for adults would be fine, but wouldn't recommend for kids. Once in hotel gates it is quiet and you wouldn't know there is a city right outside. Couple places to eat close by but most is in the center. Hotel restaurant is great.

This is a lovely piece of paradise in Ubud. It is not in the City center but a very drive will bring you to so many shops, cafes, restaurants and the monkey forest and temple too! It’s close to coffee plantations, wood working shops, waterfalls, rice terraces and so much more! My husband was sick with a bad cold and the staff who realized this really went out of their way to bring him little extras to make his stay feel more comfortable. The beds are also very comfortable too! The restaurant offers foods from all over the world as well as Indonesian foods too. We also loved happy hour by the pool and their pizza oven made great pizzas! The pool staff, the restaurant staff, the front desk staff are amazing and really make this resort a great home away from home. We can’t wait to return!!

Very nice property but one downfall was the houses around the property burning garbage the smell was horrible . I get it that it’s the way they get rid of garbage but still was unpleasant
