Therefore, I did not receive any services (room cleaning or bed change). Many long-term guests worked behind the counter, helped new guests, and cleaned the rooms. "The J House is an excellent property and is well located in Greenwich. The Service is hit-or-miss, but the amenities and the overall property are very good."

"Room 400's bathtub had black organic growth all along the end of the tub near the drain. Very visible. Not sure why it has not been removed. The bath towels were small. The rest of the room was clean. Overall, the hotel was nice for a dated building. It is ready for a renovation. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was typical free breakfast."
