A rather mixed bag! One positive was that there was daily housekeeping - something that is almost vanishingly rare, even in more expensive hotels, since COVID. The property is clean but seems a little run down. The room we stayed in had poor sound insulation - the nearby trains could be distinctly heard passing (and whistling!) all night. Additionally, the window shades installed were inadequate to block the (motel style) property's exterior lights. That we nevertheless managed to sleep tolerably well is a tribute to the comfortable bed and its furnishings. 'Breakfast' was a paper bag of assorted packaged carbs, plus hot coffee.

Ryan tried his best to accommodate us when we complained about condition of room. He moved us to another room. Had issue with shower as well, and front desk attendant could not resolve our problem. Very dated and dirty. No elevator.

The property is really nice but freight trains pass by through the valley below every 20 minutes or so all day and night and blast the horn several times. It is very loud.

We were kept up to over 3:00am in the morning due to a loud crowd in the parking lot. We called the front desk and they would not do anything. Will never stay here again!!
