Positives first, great location a few blocks up from Grand Central Station, subway just one block over. The bed was unbelievable, I had a Kingsize and you could fit 3 of me in it. The pillows were so comfy. I was on the 17th floor so noise was quite minimal. The fan if left on was not too noisy so just left the aircon on when I was awake (that could be a little loud). Only negatives, and just small ones was my bed was not made when I checked in, and I found an old used face mask in the corner, when I pointed this out to reception they rectified it straight away and offered me a new room. I was fine, it was just an oversight and they put it right straight away, so not really a negative? . I have stayed in quite a few different hotels around the city and whilst this was a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. There are cheaper and just as nice hotels available. I would probably not stay here again but mainly because I prefer to be more Midtown, 7th Ave type area, but the hotel was nice.

The bathroom was too small. No glasses or cups in room.

A great location. Lobby/valet staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient to everything. Room was clean but needs some refreshing. Would recommend.
