“Very worn and needs serious refurbishing- especially for the 5 star price. Service exceptional. Frequent visitor and will stay again. Beds are worse than a 3 star as far as comfort and firmness. Bathroom wallpaper torn, fixtures dilapidated and old. Extreme wear and tear in the carpet. Additionally, we did NOT get the room we booked through this site. We selected a two queen with a trundle bed - they were all reserved for other guests who called the hotel directly 10 days prior. We were given a……

“Unbeatable location for the trade show but dated furnishings. The air conditioner duct is pretty dusty and I wish there’s a lower fan speed for sleep. The sound insulation could be improved from hallways. On the plus side, the mattress is pretty good, firm and supportive. ”

The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.”
