"We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. But we hadn't used the service at all; we parked ourselves, paid for it ourselves when we left, and we have receipts. But they kept emailing us saying we hadn't paid. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."
