"I liked nearly everything about this property! It’s gated for safety, the room is clean, and you rarely smell weed. The only thing I didn’t like is my room needed a table. The only horizontal surfaces in the room were the bathroom countertop and one small night stand. A desk or table, to go with the lone chair, would be perfect."

"The property was outstanding! Just no light bulbs in a couple of lamps. I would check those. It would be a good idea to start the ice machine. But that could have been communicated by myself. The gated backyard provided plenty of room for our four-legged family member. The host was very clear about the requirements. Everyone had plenty of space. The property was in a great location. Restaurants and stores were minutes away. An hour away from the airport, Napa, and Hercules, Ca. I would like to request this property for my next visit. Thank you again for Cesar hosting us!!!"

"Although the host was somewhat responsive, I had to call VRBO to get the host to respond to my emails. The pictures on the website were obviously filtered so that the house appeared on the site to be nicer than it actually was. This host also has different rules from what most host has posted on the website for example. Check out time is 10 o’clock whereas most hosts allow for check out to be 11 o’clock. This difference caused us to check out a hour late for which we were charged for - do read the contract and don’t assume that he follows the same rules as other hosts. More importantly, the house is in a suspect neighborhood. Had I known that the house was in this neighborhood I would not have rented it. The house itself is very old, and there are many signs of aging and lack of repairs. We constantly. "
