• Dogs allowed with prior host approval and additional fee (no cats or other animals).

• Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult.

Good Neighbor Policy:

This home is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise at a respectful level during all hours. Excessive noise may result in fines or termination of the rental agreement without refund.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, the home includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!



4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
