“Close to quaint historic Placerville ( check out Sweetie Pies for breakfast) and 70 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This condo is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area below. A good home base to rest after a day of exploring. We will be back.”

“We so enjoyed our stay! The house did not disappoint! Not only was it immaculate, it was decorated for Christmas. There were treats in the kitchen, a full hot cocoa bar and all the makings for a delicious cup of cider, tea or coffee. Although there is definitely a spooky ambiance, we did not experience anything out of the ordinary. 10 out 10; would stay again. Thank you Elsie, you were an amazing host!”

“This is the second time staying at Glenmorey. The Inverness room was at one end of the house and was quiet and spacious. The Aberdeen room (our recent visit) was at the other end of the house and super comfortable with a private patio and huge tub. “This is our favorite place to stay in Amador County. The hotel is a gas, very old timey and well maintained. We made dinner reservations and the food and service and atmosphere were impeccable!
