“I accidentally booked the room for the wrong night and instead of making me go through a long and painful call with Expedia to rebook, the manager resolved the problem without that hassle. The motel was clean. My only problem was the tub was very slick and I nearly fell out of it when showering. It needs a rubber mat or something before someone gets hurt.”
