“Jayme the host was super friendly, even offered an early check in if needed. The cabin is absolutely stunning. Lots of beds for a big crowd. The porch area is so peaceful. “The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again”

“Peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time sitting on the porch enjoying the view. If you need some time to decompress from the daily grind, this is the perfect place. Only suggestion would be to stop at the store for groceries on the way cause you won’t want to leave once you get there.”

“The description of the property is as listed. It is tucked away at the end of the road with a view of the lake. For the foodies, the kitchen lacks for nothing. “Place was great and about a 3 min ride from crossbar. Went down a little county road and it was right there. The house was very clean smelled good, beds were comfy and had an awesome view with rocking chairs to watch. Let some wood since we didn’t use the fire pit. Road all day and came back to a cozy place secluded from other people. Was very quiet. Did allow to bring dogs so we brought ours, only prob was lots a cats running around so if your dog don’t like cats then watch out. But great place……

“Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties””

“First let me say that the host is by far the best honest we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs over the years and this host was leaps and bounds above all others. The home is much bigger than the pictures show. It’s huge, very inviting and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here should we ever have another concert to attend nearby.”

“The room was a good price, clean and the staff was friendly. We were out late at WinStar, check out is noon. We had an alarm set for 11:30 so we made sure to rest before the long drive home. 10:45 the staff was knocking on everyone’s doors to see if they needed towels or anything. They have a list that we were checking out this morning. We lost the last 45 minutes of sleep that we needed. It seemed like something they do to make sure everyone is out on time.
