“I used to think that Hampton Inn was a hotel where you would always receive the same standard of service and maintenance. Clearly, that’s not the case. I travel a lot for my business and usually stay at Marriott properties. But, I hadn’t stayed in Hilton properties for a while, so I decided to try some again to see how they compared. “The Inn is run fairly well, but there are always things could be much better. My walk in shower had a lot of mold along the base. I purchased product to take care of it, but it took more than ten sprays/rinses to get it back. The toilet seat was flopping around, and I tightened it by hand. I use the steps, and they need to be swept. Should be a daily chore, but it was not done during my stay. Same for the laundry room. Should clean the floor and empty the trash bin daily, but I've……

“The condition of the property was awful! Garbage and cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Pool needed vacuuming. Hallways smelled like Marijuana. No sign on the front of the building so I wasn't sure if I was at the right place. The room was clean, but not well maintained. Loose toilet seat, loose tub faucet, and extremely slippery tub. Would not stay again.”

“There's no creamer for the coffee. Our room was next to the elevator. We heard it all night long. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The highway noise is very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Sink leaked onto the bathroom counter. Location was convient to the highway and to Pittsburgh.”
