“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“Beautiful, Clean & Spacious Hotel This hotel is very well-kept, clean, updated, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. There was also plenty of free parking for guests, which was a huge plus. The pool and gym are a little small, and the breakfast was standard—not overly impressive, but it definitely met our needs. The one thing I would caution guests about is booking through Expedia. I specifically booked a room……
