“The hotel has wonderful ambiance, and its location is central to shops, spa services, and parks. My ample room was well-appointed, bright, and attractive, and each of the accessible staff was warm and helpful. I had a wonderful meal at the Morgan Tavern and enjoyed a book in a comfy chair set by a cozy fire in the welcoming lobby. All I'd hoped for, thanks much!”

“Wish they had let us know when we booked that hotel was under renovation and many things were not open (pool, spa, etc). Breakfast was over very early for a Friday morning. Hotel will be nice once it’s done. Price should have been discounted due to renovations.”

“Yes it is an older motel but the place was spotless, beds were comfortable, bathroom was big with a lot of counter space! Had a microwave and mini fridge. Free wifi. And heater kept it warm!! ”

“Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. ”

“The host was very responsive whenever I texted about questions and doing a check in the day of and a check in the day of checkout. The house was beautiful and well maintained and any minor issues I had were quickly addressed. I would definitely stay at this house in the future. ”

“Overall the stay and accommodations were good. A couple minor items of constructive criticism. First, there is another larger cabin/house that appeared to be part of the property near the entrance. We incorrectly assumed it was the owners' and that the garbage dumpster near the road was the one we were to use for our garbage. On our second day of placing our garbage in the dumpster a woman came out and screamed at me that the dumpster was not 7C's. She did not want to talk and simply yelled and...

“The house was great for a crowd of 10! Layout was nice with a nice open living room for visiting and the garage space for the kids! We really enjoyed the stay and will keep this in our short list when we come back next time! ”
