"No hot water in the moring. Hotel is not staffed after hours. No staff at the hotel at 7:30AM on day of departure. No coffee or breakfast."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Everything was very clean an neat. I love the lodge atmosphere. Walking through the halls does feel a little retro but not old and dated. The room was nice. We had a doulbe queen. I like the seperation so the kids had one half and parents had the other. The balcony overlooking the dlopes has nice. All in all we really ejoy staying here and continue our annual holiday."
