“Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. ”

“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. ”

“After just spending a week in other hotels for a family vacation , we opted to stop on our way home. This hotel was super clean, excellent staff and the best room of our trip with comfortable beds. The only criticism is that the hot tub was out of servive and the pool seemed dirty. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you!”

“This place was awesome. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very unique place and our host Karen thought of everything including snacks and drinks in the fridge. The fresh cut flowers were just another great touch.The bed was comfortable beyond belief and the water pressure in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The quiet neighborhood made it easy to sleep in a little extra in the morning. A quick 4 minute drive got us to Chico State/Downtown to hang with our son who is a student.I would highly……
