However, after checking in and getting my key card, I noticed a lot of sketchy looking characters outside Drinking and smoking in the parking lot. Not too worried, but after opening the door to the room at looking at the condition of the room I was in total disbelief. The mattress smelled and the blankets and sheets had holes and think black stains on them. I returned to the lobby to tell the guy at the front desk that I do not accept the room. I asked for a refund, because I did not accept the conditions of the room. The man at the front desk replied that I had to go through the 3rd party service to get my money back. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I think they were cutting a lot of corners and not a lot of quality control. The condenser on the a/c unit is going bad. Having people who live there for their residence, being noisy, parking travel trailers right up near guest rooms is unappealing and a security hazard for traveling guests. Kinda gave an unsafe vibe and we took all our belongings with us while we were gone for the day.
