“Characterful hotel with a large comfortable room and secure parking. No restaurant open when we stayed and we felt the room could have been cleaner whilst the bedding had holes in it. That said, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and polite, well presented and professional; she more than made up for any shortcomings. ”

“A cheap hotel, so please do not expect too much. Parking is easy, close to a super market if you need to buy something. The electric kettle in the room is terrible, I wonder if it was ever cleaned or not.”

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most staff speak some English which is good when you are tired after a long journey and seem to have forgotten any french you knew. The beds was lovely and comfortable and the French external blinds cut out noise and light for a peaceful sleep. The room and ensuite bathroom are clean. The breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from and includes cereal, yoghurt and fruit. There were some eggs, bacon and sausages and a toaster. Coffee very good……
