I thought the smell was cigarettes smoke or something and let her know about it but then all of us had headaches, I had asthma really bad, and my throat burned, my son coughed all that first night. “We didn't complete our stay and asked for immediate refunds because of the property has a bright red sign dated October 3rd, 2025 that says 'Unsafe and Dangerous' by the City of Atlanta. There are few units actually in use inside of the building, it smells like Mary, the elevators don't all work, and while the unit itself looked nice (from the door, we didn't even go inside), the stench of the entire building infiltrated. You could feel the building swaying, and some research turned up plumbing……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location close to everything we wanted to do and see. We were able to just scooter and use public transportation. The inside of the place has been updated. We didn’t use the kitchen at all. We were a little skeptical only because of the mixed reviews that we encountered but it didn’t deter us since we were planning on eating out anyway. The reason for just an “ok” review was that my son and I were there and the advertisement for the unit really suggested……

“Really neat facilities. Apartment was a gem. The only downside was we got lost a lot at first and we couldn't find any coffee cups in the unit, despite a really nice coffee display by the host. :) 40 a night to park, but if you use the Iparkit app it's cheaper and you get in and out privileges. It can be loud at night outside, but that's just a function of being downtown. It's connected to the Hilton and you can easily access the Hilton lobby without going outside. The host was really responsive……

The rooms were clean, very comfortable bed, full kitchen, workout room and beautiful views in every room with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. We were able to walk everywhere with restaurants and the convention center within 20 min. WONDERFUL stay!”

“My Husband and I rented this unit for our 1 Year Anniversary trip! The location/outside was a little rough around the edges and the building was older, but our hosts' unit was Gorgeous! The decor was classy & it felt really cozy. Everything we needed was within the unit. Our host was of great assistance with a few minor concerns & because we arrived a little early, she granted us access. The things we had on our "To Do" list were within a 10 to 20 mile radius. We would definitely recommend this……
