Only thing is I wished we could’ve parked in the actual parking garage, it being listed in the photos was a little misleading but we were able to find free street parking nearby. “Apartment was clean & comfortable and access was straightforward. Front desk staff were warm & welcoming. Pay parking on same block.We ate meals out & were not affected by the lack of flatware. We were affected, tho, by non-functioning hair dryer & received no response from landlord to rectify. Apartment tenants were very quiet; peaceful. “My friend and I stayed while attending a nearby convention. The location is centralized and nearby the sights, and there's a great view from the 19th floor. However, these pros did not outweigh the many cons of this unit, and dealing with the host. 1. Check-in took 30-40 min because the host provided no confirmation details to the front desk. 2. “Beautiful property, but lacking different features that make a rental property awesome. Tv did not work, HDMI ports were gone from the tv, which eliminated the possibility to create an ambiance within the property. Other than those few things, beautiful property and great location.”
