“I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked. The lighting in the bathroom and room was nice and bright. I was really impressed by the high standards at the hotel and rooms prices. Excellent……

“This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting The Emporium. Everything one needs and only five minutes away. The young lady on reception/bar was really friendly and chatty and was a joy to be served by . ”

“We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. ”

“Lovely premier room with bath, shower, sofa and really comfy large bed! Breakfast in the restaurant was really nice and they offered a complementary drink. They also refunded the money we paid for parking in their car park. We didn’t know how this worked beforehand.”

“Spent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh! We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced.……

“The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. ”
