“No A/C. Tiny fan in the room. Windows open maybe 2 inches. We were there during a heat wave and the room got up to 86° F. It was miserable. No phones in rooms so can’t contact staff unless you go back to the reception area.”

“We stayed here for a weekend trip to Canterbury. Walked from Canterbury East train stations - about 15 minutes and about 5 minutes Uber to Canterbury West to train north. The hotel was easy to find, clean, had air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean. There is a Waitrose across the street and it’s about 10 minutes walk into the city center. Overall, a great place for a family stay.”

“Great parking, elevator randomly didn’t come up to the third floor”

“Prima locatie, gratis parking en ruime familiekamer. 1 dubbel bed, 2 eenpersoonsbedden, maar niet op één rijtje zoals in andere Premier Inns.”

“Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.”
