“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”

“Everything was great except during check out when the front desk insisted we did valet parking. He walked around asking workers and it was shocking that no one knew what was going on. He also didn’t want to answer any of my questions and just ignored it like he didn’t hear me. Anyway, he didn’t seem like he liked his job nor had any customer service training.
