The streets are alive with the sounds of local musicians, and the air is filled with the enticing aromas of food trucks serving everything from tacos to gourmet fusion dishes. Independent boutiques, quirky coffee shops, and bustling farmers' markets add to the community's unique charm, making East Austin a place where creativity and diversity flourish.

Veracruz All Natural - Known for its delicious and authentic Mexican tacos, this food truck serves some of the best breakfast tacos in Austin, made with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.

Jacoby's Restaurant & Mercantile - A ranch-to-table dining experience offering Southern comfort food with a modern twist. The menu features locally sourced ingredients, including their famous burgers and steaks.

Launderette - A trendy spot located in a converted laundromat, offering New American cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. The menu includes a variety of small plates, wood-grilled meats, and inventive cocktails in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere.

Getting Around:
Finding ride shares or grabbing a scooter is made too easy in Austin. Being so central you'll have no troubles checking out all of the sites to see!
Airport - 11 minutes
Downtown - 14 minutes
Zilker Park - 20 minutes

Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!

House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 7 ]
- Pets are allowed with a fee - not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet per stay.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- There is a small fire pit in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.

HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
