SCAMMERS & FRAUDS! AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I booked this place to celebrate my 32nd birthday with some friends. Big beautiful place with a pool and we would "get the entire place to ourselves." Fast forward to check in day...they inform me the manager/owner is going to be staying with us on the first floor. NO WAY! Never mentioned anything about this prior to me booking it and taking my money. I'm a grown adult with other grown adults you are not going to advertise this place as being able to have it to ourselves and then last minute say someone is going to be staying there with you. Once I found this out I tried to back out and they said well it is nonrefundable you already paid. Zero hospitality. Zero transparency. Just take people's money and don't deliver the "entire property" as you advertise. Would have never booked it if you provided all of the pertinent information before I book it and give you my money!! SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS.
