The neighborhood is located away from downtown and I would categorize it as mixed but I had no problems and have no problems recommending it to families or singles.”

“Overall good place to stay. Close to Costco, Fred Meyer, & Wal-Mart. The 2 Beds are good. The 2 Couches work well for children but are uncomfortable for larger teens and adults. Fans were made available to help stay cool during the summer heat. Owner is very responsive.”

“This place was perfect for us. We wanted something near our friends who were staying at Rivers Edge RV Park and this was about two miles away. The garage apartment was comfortable with plenty of amenities. Dr Yamamoto was overly friendly and caring and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. He even gave us a ticket for four to the playoffs of Fairbanks' semi-pro baseball team...GO GOLDPANNERS! We and another couple so enjoyed the game. If you're ever looking for a place to stay……
