"The staff here was amazing, I arrived extremely late around 3am. The keys were ready they got me checked-in in less than 4 mins I was in my room in 5 mins total. I was in upstate NY for a wedding the next day, they accommodated a late check out as well. They made my 6hr round trip drive extremely easy with the level of service and accommodation. I’m going to be coming back up that way just to give that hotel my business because by far that was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for the team for making a stressful drive feel like it never happened."

"Hi. Room was very nice, had a slight musty odor as it’s by damp up there. They should run the a/c or low heat once in a bit to ward it off. Otherwise very comfortable and clean"

"The staff was very helpful . Our GPS stopped working and a staff member went on her computer to print out mapquest directions for us . On the negative side, the TV screen was blown so TV did NOT work . I reported this to staff at check in . We were not planning on watching TV so that was not a big deal . There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay ."

"The room was very clean except for the nightstand, which should have been wiped off. The bed was very comfortable. I received a text from the hotel at 8:00 am, which woke me up. I would stay at this hotel again."

"This was an excellent stay! It was a surprising little hideaway in what I consider to be a remote place. It’s not The Four Seasons, but it is clean, safe, quiet, offering all of the things that one needs for a comfortable stay. The only thing in the room that didn’t work was the actual phone, which, if you have a cell phone, is really not a deal at all. Pretty comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, ample parking, and wonderful staff! Bob was so great and very helpful! And, I was so very happy that food delivery service services actively work in the area and Fred’s Inn is down the street from a pretty substantial shopping center. If you have to stay in Norwich New York, I do very much recommend Fred’s Inn."
