“Charming cabin, newly built with outstanding attention to detail. Rachel was a wonderful host and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.”

“Place was exactly as described, with beautiful river access near stilesville. You can catch nice brown trout right out in front of the cabin! Please catch and release, and if new to fishing research proper fish handling practices. Smash your barbs. Only thing would be that when you cook, there is no fan above the stove- so the ventilation could be better. Recommend just using the grill outside when possible.”

“Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending……

“Great stay! Andy is a great host. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“The cabin is very comfortable! We didn't realize that the main bed didn't have a view of outside but we really needed to sleep a lot anyway. ”

“We loved our time at this beautiful cabin!!! The views were great, the pellet stove so cozy on snowy days, and the well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook some wonderful meals. Our hosts were so welcoming and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed . . . Thank you for providing us with a great place to gather with our kids from NYC.”

“The location was a little far, considering we were staying for a baseball tournament at Allstar village. After a few times back and forth, it felt like the drive was shorter. Wasn’t bad though. We had a little issue with a leak and a water pipe that busted. Called the owners at 10:45pm and they responded, showed up to fix the issue at night, and completely fixed it the next day. ”
