The Hot Tube was excellent!!! The indoor pool I believe was heated and big. A little outside patio area that fenced off gives privacy. Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit.

The staff here was amazing, I arrived extremely late around 3am. The keys were ready they got me checked-in in less than 4 mins I was in my room in 5 mins total. I was in upstate NY for a wedding the next day, they accommodated a late check out as well. They made my 6hr round trip drive extremely easy with the level of service and accommodation. I’m going to be coming back up that way just to give that hotel my business because by far that was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for the team for making a stressful drive feel like it never happened.

Can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, the staff was super friendly and helpful with anything you need. Breakfast options were good, fresh water everyday and a water refill station which we used every day. Really pleased with our week stay there. Highly recommend

Our TV was having issues. If you attempted to change the channel, go into netflix, turn volume up or turn tv off it would either not work at all or would take up to 1 minute to work and then it would jump around. We thought it was the batteries in the remote sp exchanged for new batteries, still no luck. Spoke to the front desk and he came up to take a look. He called a technician and before the front desk employee could finish explaining what the issue was the tech said "thats a weather issue, nothing I can do about it" he repeated that 3 times. The front desk employee tried to fix it by resetting the TV did not help. He then proceeded to say "seems like you're just impatient. It works it just take a little while to get there. Ill give you a call in an hour and see if it got better or worse" before he left said "if it was a weather issue wouldn't there be more complaints?" He said "yes, I haven't had any other complaints" He never called, the TV got worse that night and the following morning it stopped working completely! He never called to check in and about 2 hours after he had left my room, someone used their key card, opened my door when I said "hello" the door slammed shut. Never followed up, rude technician and opened my door without permission is unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed in the entire situation.
