“The room was clean but needs to be updated. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The air conditioner worked but was old. It was very noisy and could not get the tempurature set to a comfortable choice. It was either freezing cold or very warm before it kicked in to bring the temperature to what we have it set at. We are spoiled as a people that we automatically think the TV's are all smart TV's. They are not. There was no guide and when I went to the front desk to inquire, the gentlemen……

“Staff was good. The amenities were good. Makes it very helpful when there is complimentary breakfast when you have kids. We encountered a BIG issue to me when it comes to the a.c system( apparently there is a limit on how low you can set your temp to) which is not ok especially when you have more then 2 ppl in a room. Towards the end we encountered a BIG issue when it comes to cleanliness in the rooms. It was brought up to front desk but haven't heard from a manager or someone with higher……
