“Staff was super friendly! The property itself was clean and the rooms were too. The wi-fi was terrible though and some outlets within the rooms were either not working or loose. The amenities were also not refilled, likely being left from the last people who stayed I would assume? It just wasn't very cleanly in that regard. It also took over two more hours for our second room to be cleaned when told it woukd be done by 3:30, I could give leeway up until 4pm but it wasn't actually cleaned until……

“Parking is a little tight between spaces. Regarding the rooms, we were on the 3rd floor and the outside noise from the freeway is extremely loud. The windows are single pane and it was like we had the window open and so we checked to make sure it wasn't cracked open but that's how loud it was. Breakfast was good and nice to have housekeeping everyday.”

“Everything was fine but the pool heater was broken and another guest that stays there often said it’s been broken for months.”

“The room did not have hot water in the sinks or the shower. This was discovered late at night, and the management offered to have us shower in another room and then moved us to a new room the next day. The staff, while apologetic, did not offer any compensation for this major inconvenience until I spoke to the manager, who offered a discount and free breakfast, which was very nice. Small, weird detail: the toilet-paper holder is located so far from the toilet that you need to have the arms……
