“Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. They even provided a hot water kettle so we could make coffee and tea. The location……

“Great space for our family of five. Super comfortable beds. Clean. Great location close to things to do. Pool was awesome. ”

“Better stay than expected. Fantastic views, clean room, Staff very helpful & accommodating. Hope to return soon. Have no reason to shop around when staying in the area again.”

“We stayed for one amazing night at Tree house El Rio. It is a real tree house built on two massive trees. You can hear the river which is right out the front balcony. and you are fully immersed in nature. “Parfait tout simplement, grand propre, piscine magnifique et impeccable. Je recommande cet endroit magnifique pour un séjour près de Manuel Antonio. Merci”

“Me gustó mucho el hotel. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el precio excelente, el desayuno bien, únicamente considero que le hace falta mantenimiento, la conexión WiFi no llega a las recámaras. ”

“Accomodations as described, no AC but fans ok. Property is gorgeous, owner on site and very friendly, beautiful scenery and hiking trails... A TRUE ranch experience! Meals a bit pricey for what was offered, but there is a full kitchen. Note, keep all food in fridge due to ants, this is mountain life! Pool was pristine unlike others where we stayed previously. We would definately return! We would definately return.”
