“Rooms got cold. Good pool. Clean rooms. Great balcony with table. Staff was very friendly. Rented bikes for 6 dollars a day and they worked great. Free breakfast tasted good. ”

Vegetarian dinner options were limited at La Casa restaurant and kind of expensive (nevertheless, you have a lot of restaurants outside at La Fortuna, but everything else in the resort was very nice and awesome! Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, resort is clean, pools, hot springs were great! Excellent resort!! FIVE STARS! We went in December 2025!”

“Our room had amazing volcanic view. The breakfast (free!) included a variety of options and food was amazing! Walkable distance to other restaurants. Staff was friendly and had booked all our reservations! The only issue was with one of the tour guides who took us for night tour. He was not professional at all and took us to somebody else’s private property. Be aware of such scams and go with reliable guides. ”

“We reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults, however they only had one room kept for us when we arrived. The front desk told me they will refund me one of the room payment. I didnot got it 2 weeks later until now.”

Very cozily decked up for the holidays! The guest service staff were very helpful. They helped us with day tours booking for various activities. Comfortable and luxurious stay. I highly recommend this place. ”

“The rooms were cleaned regularly and spotless and the staff friendly, but what really stood out was the abundant nature. I saw more wildlife here than on all of the nature tours I went on put together. I saw 3 different types of monkey, iguanas and lots of birds including the striking fiery-billed toucan. ”
