“Juan and Lionel were so helpful at accommodating my needs and providing me with recommendations and transportation when needed. Juan upgraded my room last minute to make it a more comfortable stay for me. He also spoke great English which was helpful because I was traveling solo and not familiar with that city and I only had 24hours in Santiago.”
