“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable although kind of loud due to old thin windows. Curtains need updated as well. The breakfast was decent. I appreciate that the place appears to still be under some construction so that’s another thing, but hallways and staircases could use cleaning as they were quite dirty. The hot and cold water machine was broken as well, but to their credit, the staff didn’t hesitate to provide me with bottled cold water. I stayed in this……

“The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. It would’ve been better business to at least provide some sort of comp for the issues. Also coffee was out on second day at front where guests scrambling to get bar to refill it. The hotel……

“A very vintage house with great service, conveniently located near CIM, comfortable and cozy.”

“Property is fine on every aspect, but the guest rooms must’ve get updated with new phone charges still have the old USB outlet”

“The room was clean. Check in was fine. No daily room cleaning even though we asked for it. The complementary coffee and tea was not maintained. Staff did not appear to be present much of the time.”
