“Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! ”

“Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. ”

“This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet.”

“The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well.”

“We ate breakfast off property it was not included in stay and the “bistro” was average. We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. Also, Expedia noted there was self parking and Courtyard charged $10 a day. On the positive side the……
