“Our plane landed at 10am so we needed to drop off our bags before check-in. Staff answered the door promptly and kept our bags safe. Our room was ready right at check-in time with no additional wait which was good because the kids were tired. We had a 1-bedroom apartment which was plenty big for a family of 4 with 2 young kids (6 & 7). It was so helpful to have the kitchen for breakfast in the morning and snacks for the kids. The AC kept the room a nice cool temperature. The laundry was great……

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,……
