“We’ve stayed at this Hilton several times over the years, and unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. This property is simply not what it used to be. I alerted the staff about my concerns and requested a discount but they only offered to change my room. No manager was available to help and they would not give me any information on the manager to contact later.”
