“was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! We came out for a fishing trip to celebrate our Birthdays together… The place was clean, had everything we needed and Becky was very friendly and helpful! We even got to rent a canoe for the day and hit the water! We will definitely stay here again!!”

To get an excellent rating recommend lawn mowing, several light issues repaired inc. bad switch on outside carport, give attention to gas grill to make functional. Was able to utilize charcoal side for steaks ... so no major foul. Would stay here again.”
