“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“Lovely stay, lovely building, very decent breakfast. Pillows poor quality and very sparse on shower gel! A 30ml bottle for both of us, no soap etc and only 3 English tea teabags per day, not even 4 so we could have 2 cups each! These are minor petty issues and we would definitely stay here again if I the area. ”

“Lovely room - large, comfortable and well maintained. The only issue was the lights - we couldn't work out which switches worked which lights - they were really confusing. Didn't spoil our stay, just frustrating. There was no information about the hotel facilities - no brochures seems standard now but also no information page on the TV and no-one mentioned whether there was a gym etc. Breakfast was nice. Very well positioned for the town.”

“Fine, friendly, liked the inclusive treats (jelly beans, limoncello). Would have preferred a higher room than the basement. Curtains open means those in car park could see directly in, at least have some frosting. Otherwise good though! ”

“I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”
