“Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western.”

“Stayed for two nights with my family. The floors were sticky and dirty. AC kept throwing ice in the room. The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it. On the second day, I had to go to the front desk because my key didn’t work anymore and when we entered the room, housekeeping didn’t come in so there was still trash in the bin……
