“When you book something in Dec for a stay in July - you would hope to be able to get in your room on time when check in is 3pm. However, 2 of the rooms we had booked took about 1.5-2 hrs to get in and we showed up at 4:15ish. Were just told 7-10 mins for about an hour. Overall the place is decent - but this was a huge inconvenience (Which happens) for us since we had dinner reservations at 6:30pm after traveling all day from VA.”

“Housekeeping, every third day?? Is this the new normal? Ice machines on odd numbered floors…ok but make sure they have ice. Window treatments only provide full light or no outside light. Some intermediate option would be welcome.”
