“paying this price can stay more more better hotel. so disappointed”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. ”

“Very unique, charming, old time European property, although the showers are small. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Great stay. ”

“Beauiful hotel in the heart of Bellagio with beautiful decoration face directly to Lake Como and next to the piers to other visiting spots of Lake Como. The balcony of the room can see the sunset view of Bellagio.”

“Clean and nice to have window overlooking lake. No bar for relaxing in hotel. Staff very accommodating. Weather turned to rain for couple of days and so it would have been nice to have comfortable chairs to relax in the room or a lounge that offered refreshments. Otherwise very nice and would stay there again. ”

“It locates near the lake and the neighborhood is amazingly beautiful. Our first night stayed at the attic which is spacious and a nice lake view from the window. The second night switched to a room with a balcony viewing partial lake which I don’t recommend. Cause the room is really too small. Other than that, it’s recommended. ”
