“My name is Jing Tu and I checked in on December 22. Why did my credit card have two charges? One was $100.00 and the other was $100.07. Did I get charged twice for one night?”

“family of 3 (with toddler) first thing that hit us was strong smoke smell entering the room. the office didnt answer the phone when we called down. the tub was unusable- look at photos. there were blood stains, body fluid stains and cigerette burns all over the sheet. flies and mold everywhere! we couldnt sleep worst night of my life. they run a brothel from the rooms next to us. it was constant fight that poor women. they need to be shut down. completely disgusting! wish i could add more……

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
